CJ Starr

CJ Starr is a Dallas-based comedian whose relatable, high-energy style connects with audiences from all walks of life. CJ has built a reputation for his hilarious takes on family life, marriage, stereotypes, fatherhood, and the chaos of everyday adulthood.

CJ has performed at festivals including Gilda’s LaughFest, the East Texas Comedy Festival—where he was voted Crowd Favorite twice—and was named a Top 40 finalist in the World Series of Comedy. He has also appeared in commercials for Hyundai and Wal-Mart, worked as a writer and actor on the web series “Giggle-Lows,” and hosts the podcast “Starr Struck.”

Today, CJ tours clubs and colleges nationwide while regularly performing at top comedy venues throughout Texas, including the Improv and Hyena’s Comedy Clubs.
