A night with purpose

Bring People Together. Give Them a Reason to Give.

A great fundraiser starts with a cause people care about—and an event they want to attend. We select entertainment that fits your supporters, your budget, and your program, leaving room for your mission, sponsor recognition, and fundraising appeal.

Ticketed Comedy Night

A welcoming show for your members, supporters, and local community. Pair ticket sales with sponsor support and a brief message about the cause.

Dinner & Benefit Show

A comedy or magic performance as the entertainment centerpiece of a dinner, gala, or donor celebration. Schedule the show around your speeches and appeal.

Donor & Sponsor Reception

Strolling magic can bring guests together during a reception, while a stand-up set or stage magic show gives everyone a shared highlight.

Choose the right show format

More Than One Way to Support Your Cause

Start with realistic attendance and a clear expense budget. Then decide which revenue sources make sense for your supporters.

Tickets & Tables

Set a price your community can support. Consider individual tickets, reserved tables, or a premium seating option where the venue allows.

Local Sponsors

Invite businesses to support the event through a presenting sponsorship, sponsored tables, or recognition in your event materials.

Donations & Auctions

Make room for your organization’s appeal or auction. Keep those moments separate from the performance so both receive the audience’s attention.

Illustrative planning example

Build the budget before you book.

150 tickets × $35 = $5,250
3 sponsors × $500 = $1,500
Total gross revenue = $6,750

Then subtract every event expense.

Entertainment, venue, food, sound, ticketing fees, and promotion all affect what remains for the cause. This example is a planning illustration, not a price quote or a promise of attendance or fundraising results.

Fundraiser Questions, Answered

Can the show be clean or family-friendly?

Yes. Tell us who is attending and the tone you want. We select the performer and confirm content expectations before booking. Adult-only formats are also available.

What does fundraiser entertainment cost?

The quote depends on talent, location, date, travel, and show length. Share your entertainment budget and expected attendance so we can recommend a realistic format.

Will the entertainer sell tickets for us?

Plan ticket sales around your own supporters and promotion. A recognizable performer may add appeal, but hiring entertainment does not guarantee ticket sales or a particular fundraising result.

Can we include an auction or donation appeal?

Yes. Share the run of show early so we can fit the performance around those moments. Auctioneering and hosting the fundraising appeal are separate roles unless specifically included in the booking.

When should we start planning?

As early as possible, especially for busy dates. Allow time to secure the venue, book talent, approach sponsors, and promote the event. We can also check what is possible for shorter lead times.

What information do you need?

Your organization and cause, date, city, venue, expected attendance, audience ages, show format, entertainment budget, and overall fundraising goal.
